Cassandra R. Roper

Ms. Roper completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois, in 2007.

Her rank is Seaman Recruit.

Ms. Roper is the daughter of Pamela and William Roper. She graduated from Proctor High School in 2007.
