Arne Henry Tabelle

Arne Henry Tabelle was born February 8th 1918 to Henry & Ida Tebelle of Halden Township near Floodwood, Minnesota.

He went to the University of Minnesota before entered active Navy service on March 12th 1942, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He married Harriette Wargstrom January 1st 1943.

Mr. Tabelle was commissioned Lieutenant on December 24th 1942, and served as a Naval aviator on VPB-1 and at continental U.S. stations including Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi, Texas.

He was awarded the following: American Campaign Medal.

Mr. Tabelle was discharged on November 16th 1945.

He died August 1st 1991 in Virginia, Minnesota at age 73 and was buried at Eveleth Cemetery.
