Bennie J. Jeanetta, Sr.

Bennie J. Jeanetta, Sr. entered the Army on January 23, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Duluth, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician 4th Grade, mess sergeant and Italian interpreter with the 2810 Engineers Petroleum Distribution Company in Camp Claiborne, Louisiana.

He served in the Army during World War I from October 7, 1918 to January 25, 1919, with the Anti-Aircraft Artillery Corp.

He was awarded the American Defense Service Medal.

Mr. Jeanetta was honorably discharged on June 11, 1945, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.
