SATER, Harold Joseph

Harold Joseph Sater was born on October 17th 1918 to Ingvald Magnus & Laura [Shaughnessy] Sater.in Onamia, Minnesota.

Mr. Sater entered the Army Air Corps on September 24th 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.

He served with the HQ Company, 339th Infantry, 30th Air Depot Group during WWII. He rose to the rank of Private First Class (PFC).

PFC Sater was honorably discharged on February 2nd 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin. After the war he returned home.to Minnesota.

Mr. Sater died on March 13th 1966 at the age of 47 years in Hibbing, Minnesota. He is buried at Maple Hill Cemetery in Hibbing.
