SANDE, John William

John William Sande was born on March 5th 1903 to John & Liisa Wilhelmiina [Kojola] Sande in Hibbing, Minnesota.

Mr. Sande was inducted into the U.S. Army on September 24th 1942 at Fort Snelling in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He served as a military policeman during WWII. He rose to the rank of Private First Class (PFC).

PFC Sande was honorably discharged on May 8th 1943 in Omaha, Nebraska.

Mr. Sande died on April 15th 1973 at 70 years of age. He is buried at Cherry-Clinton Cemetery in Cherry, Minnesota.
