Petoscia, Frank - Trophy Plaque

This plaque belonged to Frank Petoscia and is constructed of a wood panel with sterling front plate. The inscription reads "National Trophy, presented by the United States to the organization of the Organized Militia, State of Minnesota, attaining the greatest proficiency in Rifle Practice".
