Nancy M. Glad

Nancy Glad served in the U.S. Army beginning in 1961 until the year 1964. She was assigned to the medical corps in Okinawa, Japan, and she held the rank of Specialist 4. She was born in October of 1943 in Duluth, Minnesota, and is the daughter of Ervin and Helen Glad. She graduated from high school in 1961.

"Basic training in Alabama. Took trains to Louisiana and remember a big moon on the Gulf of Mexico. Spent time in Washington, DC, Georgia, Texas and Japan."
