Walter Keith Bailey

Mr. Bailey served in the U.S. Air Force. He retired in 1971 after 20 years of service.

He was born on March 1, 1930, the son of Guy R. and Pearl Bailey, in Spring Valley, Wisconsin.

Mr. Bailey died at age 78 on October 8, 2008, in Duluth, Minnesota.
