Captain Scott Rohweder

Captain Scott Rohweder has been given the prestigious General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award in Washington D. C. Captain Rohweder has been stationed in Iraq since February 2006.

His parents, Jan and Jim were exploding with happiness for their son. To be awarded with such an honor Rohweder would have to have been recongnized by his superiors and subordinates.

The award is given to a select few that demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and commitment to serving their country.

Currently there are only 28 active- duty members and seven National Guard members have received such an honor.
