STUKEL, Earl J.

Earl J. Stukel was born on April 29, 1932, the son of John J. Stukel & Anna L. Kochevar.

He attended high school in Calumet, Michigan, where he participated in the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) and the ROTC Rifle Team.

Following high school, Mr. Stukel joined the U.S. Air Force, in the winter of 1952. He soon found himself atop a mountain in Korea with ground-radio communication duties. This field of duty ultimately led to his career in electrical engineering.

Mr. Stukel died on May 8, 2008.
