Howard Andrew, Sr. Lenox

Mr. Lenox served during the Korean War.

He served in the U.S. Air Force in aerial reconnaissance.

He was born on January 7, 1936, in Miami, Florida, and lived most of his life in San Diego, California. He served President Richard Nixon as the manager of the Western White House communications in San Clemente, California. He was also the official liaison between Pacific Bell and the U.S. Marine Corps for several years.

He joined his wife in moving back to Duluth, Minnesota, and assisting in her parent’s business, Stewart’s Wheel Goods, as the inventory control manager, retiring for a third time in 2001.

Mr. Lenox died on April 21, 2002, in Duluth, Minnesota.
