John D. Ahlgren

John D. Ahlgren was born Oct. 18, 1925 in Grand Rapids, Minn. to Frank and Lillian (Nault) Ahlgren. John served the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He then worked on the Great Lakes Fleet as a cook. John was a member of the VFW and the American Legion. He spent a majority of his life caring for his father in Marble, Minnesota.
John died at the age of 82 on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at St. Ann's Residence.
