Douglas E. Ellingsen

Mr. Ellingsen served in the National Guard for twenty-one years and achieved the rank of Captain.

Mr. Ellingsen was born June 2, 1929, in Duluth, the son of Willeik and Ella (Carlson) Ellingsen.

He received his Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.

Mr. Ellingsen died on June 2, 2008.
