Donald "Chumley" J. Waters

He was born January 7, 1948, in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, the son of Harland and Eleanor (Carlson) Waters. Mr. Waters graduated from Greenway High School.

He died at age 60 in Taconite, Minnesota, on March 27, 2008.
