Mr. Fink served in the U.S. Navy Seabees for six years, two years being active. He was born to Ignatius and Alice Fink.

Mr. Fink grew up in Duluth. He graduated from Central High School in 1962.

Mr. Fink died at age 64 in Duluth, Minnesota, on January 16, 2008.
