KENDZORA, Joseph Felix.

Joseph Felix Kendzora was born on March 19th 1894 to Felix &    Kendzora in Poland. The family emigrated to northeastern Minnesota before the outbreak of WWI.

Mr. Kendzora enlisted in the U.S. Army on July 25th 1918. He was a Private (PVT) with the Company F, 54th Pioneer Infantry. PVT Kendzora was honorably discharged on July 5th 1919

After the war he returned home and married Sally Cecelia [Kuyava] and they started a family. Two of their sons also served in the military; Wallace Joseph Kendzora and John Felix Kendzora.

Mr. Kendzora died on July 2nd 1963 at 69 years of age. He is buried at the Polish Catholic Cemetery in Duluth, Minnesota.
