Alden "Al" Trostad served during World War II in the European Theater.

Mr. Trostad served in the U.S. Army Air Corps, in the 153rd Liaison Squadron.

He was the son of Elmer and Esther Trostad.

Mr. Trostad died at the age of 86 in Duluth, Minnesota.
