Angelo J. Pacifico of McKinley was inducted into the Army on Aug. 30, 1945. He was a sergeant and a squad leader with Company K, 20th Infantry Regiment in the Pacific Theater. He received the World War II Victory Medal and an overseas service bar. He was discharged on Jan. 10, 1947.
