Anthony A. Russo

Anthony A. Russo was inducted into the Army Air Corps on March 10, 1942.

He was a Corporal and cook in the European Theater including the air offensive of Europe, Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes and Central Europe.

He received the: Distinguished Unit Citation, Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Service Medal with 6 bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal, and 5 Overseas Service Bars.

He was discharged on Sept. 8, 1945.
