Arnold L. Carlson

Arnold L. Carlson of Eveleth, Minnesota was inducted into the Army on Oct. 15, 1942.

He was a private first class and a light truck driver with the 678th Quartermaster Salvage Collection Company in New Guinea and Luzon.

He received the:

Good Conduct Medal,
American Campaign Service Medal,
Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Service Medal,
Philippine Liberation Medal with one bronze star and two overseas service bars.

He was discharged on Jan. 20, 1946.
