Arthur Fanito Stulac was born on April 5th 1924 to John & Ruth Ohearon [Hutchinson] Stulac in Duluth, Minnesota.
Mr. Stulac enlisted in the U.S. Army on April 16th 1943. He served during during WWII and rose to the rank of Private First Class.
PFC Stulac was honorably discharged on December 4th 1945.
Following the war, Mr. Stulac returned home and married Anne Cathryn Stimac on Decembber 7th 1946. He died on August 30th 1977 and is buried at Oneota Cemetery in Duluth, Minnesota.
