Bennie Sam

Bennie Sam was inducted into the Army on January 1, 1945 at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Tower, Minnesota.

He served as a Private First Class and light mortar crewman with Company G of the 305th Infantry Regiment in the Pacific Theater.

He was awarded the following: Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged on January 30, 1946 at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
