Bert Marconett, Jr.

Bert Marconett Jr. Of Virginia, Minnesota entered the Army Air Corps on Feb. 8, 1944.

He was commissioned as a 1st lieutenant and was a pilot with the 7th Air Force in the continental United States and Pacific Theater.

He was awarded the: American Campaign Service Medal and the World War II Victory Medal.

He was discharged on June 24, 1947 at Camp Stoneman, Calif.
