Charles Frank Strazishar was born on this date in 1918, to John & Lena [Oswald] Strazishar in Hibbing, Minnesoata.

Mr. Strazishar entered the Army on April 28th 1941, out of Hibbing.

He served as a First Sergeant in the Infantry in the Pacific Theater.

SGT. Strazishar was killed in action on January 2nd 1943 at the age of 24.

He was buried in the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (The Punchbowl) in Honolulu, Hawaii.
