Charles Norman Hyvarinen

Charles Norman Hyvarinen was inducted into the Army Air Corps December 18, 1942, Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Chisholm, Minnesota.

He served as a Corporal and automobile equipment operator with the 610th Army Air Forces Base Unit in Northern France.

Mr. Hyvarinen was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with one bronze battle star and World War II Victory Medal.

Honorably discharged November 19, 1945, Sioux Falls AFB, South Dakota.
