Clarence P. Foucault entered the Army on March 3, 1940.

He served as a First Sergeant with Battery A of the 125th Field Artillery of the 34th Infantry Division in North Africa , Italy and Ireland. 

He was killed in action on Feb. 7, 1944, in Cassino, Italy.
