NELSON, Clarence Rueben
Clarence Rueben Nelson was born on October 23rd 1909 in Duluth, Minnesota. He entered the Minnesota National Guard on November 30th 1940.
He was in the Headquarters Battery of the 125th Field Artillery Battalion of the 34th Infantry Division in North Ireland and North Africa. He rose the the rank of Sergeant (SGT).
SGT Nelson was killed in action on October 20th 1942 in north Africa. He was returned home and buried at Park Hill Cemetery in Duluth.
