Claude C. Sampson

Claude C. Sampson was inducted into the Army on August 24, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician Fifth Grade and radio operator with Company A of the 310th Signal Operating Battalion in the Aleutian Islands.

He was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, and World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Sampson was honorably discharged on October 23, 1945, Northington General Hospital, Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
