Daniel J. McKenzie of Virginia, Minnesota was inducted in the Army on March 17, 1942.

Mr. McKenzie received the: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle East Campaign Service Medal with three bronze battle stars, American Defense Service Medal, World War II Victory Medal and six overseas service bars.

He was discharged on Sept. 6, 1945.
