David H. Svedberg

David H. Svedberg enlisted in the Marine Corps on November 14, 1939, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

He served as a Quartermaster Sergeant in the South and Central Pacific until December 16, 1944.  Participated in action against the enemy at Bougainville, Solomon Islands, from November 1 to December 29, 1943; on Munda Island, Solomons, from August 23 to September 15, 1943, and on Guam, Marianna Islands from August 3 to September 25, 1944.

Mr. Svedberg was honorably discharged on May 1, 1945, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
