Edward Carl Toutges

Edward Carl Toutges entered the Army on October 21, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.

Mr. Toutges served as a Private First Class and military policeman in the European Theater and Mediterranean Theaters.

He was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, and World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Toutges was honorably discharged on March 14, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
