Mr. Balduc inducted into the Army on July 27, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Virginia, Minnesota.

He served as a Staff Sergeant and chief medical technician with the 31st Anti-Aircraft Brigade and Detached Medical Department Center in the continental U.S.

He received the following: Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged on February 2, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
