ZOBITZ, Edward

Edward  Zobitz was born on January 10th 1912 to John & Jennie [Pahule] Zobitz in Chisholm, Minnesota.

Mr. Zobitz enlisted in the U.S. Naval Reserve on September 2nd 1942, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Home at entry: Chisholm, Minnesota.

He served as a Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class (BM2/c) in the Pacific.

He was awarded the Asiatic-Pacific-Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Zobitz was honorably discharged on October 8th 1945, at Great Lakes, Illinois.
