Edwin E. Maki

Edwin E. Maki of Duluth, Minn. enlisted in the Army Air Corps cadet program on Aug. 31, 1942.

He was commissioned as a 2nd lieutenant and pilot with the 24rd Troop Carrier Squadron, 349th Troop Carrier Group in the continental United States.

Mr. Maki was awarded the:American Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged February 29, 1964 at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.
