Edwin J. Anderson

Edwin J. Anderson enlisted in the Naval Reserve on March 17, 1944. He entered active service on October 13, 1944.

He served as a Motor Machinist Mate First Class aboard the USS Alcyone (AKA-7) in the Pacific.

He received the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, American Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Anderson was honorably discharged on July 9, 1946, at Great Lakes, Illinois.
