Eugene Jacob Narva

Eugene Jacob Narva was inducted into the Army on May 1, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Hibbing, Minnesota.

He served as a Private First Class and antiaircraft artillery gun crewman with Battery B of the 36th Coast Artillery Battalion in Alaska and Panama.

Mr. Narva was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, American Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and two overseas service bars.

He was honorably discharged on December 2, 1945, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
