Eugene R. Luoma of Virginia, Minnesota was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force on January 31, 1946.

He was a Sergeant and an automotive parts clerk with the 28th Supply Squadron Bomb (M), 28th Maintenance and Supply Group in the continental U. S. and postwar Germany.

Mr. Luoma received the: Army of Occupation Service Medal (Germany), American Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged on January 30, 1949 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
