MAKOWSKI, Floyd Raymond

Floyd Raymond Makowski was born on June 18th 1919 to Edward Anton & Rose Joanne [Dulinski] Makowski in Duluth, Minnesota.

Mr. Makowski enlisted in the Naval Reserve on September 11th 1940.

He was an Aviation Radio Technician 1st Class with Torpedo Squadron 8, Patrol Squadron 55, Flight Squadron 12. He was stationed at the USX Receiving Station in Norfolk, Virginia.

He was honorably discharged on October 10th 1945 at Minneapolis, Minnesota. After the war he returned home and married Albina Barbara [Cebelinski] and they started a family. 

Mr. Makowski died on March 15th 1985 at 65 years of age. He is buried at Calvary Cemetery in Virginia, Minnesota.
