Frances Iona Balding O'Neil

Frances Iona Balding O’Neil served in The U. S. Navy during World War II.

She was born November 12, 1920, in Paxton, Nebraska, the daughter of James and Mary Balding.

Mrs. O’Neil died at age 88, formerly of Proctor, Minnesota, on December 8, 2008.
