Frank Eaton Whiting

Frank Eaton Whiting was born in the 1920s in Red Bank, New Jersey.

He joined the Navy in 1942 and served in Bainbridge Maryland as a Seaman.

After WWII he married and had five chidren.

Frank died in 2000.
