Gordon R. Anderson

Gordon R. Anderson entered the Army Air Corps in May 1943. Home of Record: Cook, Minnesota.

He served as a Sergeant and carpenter with the 1884th Aviation Engineers of the 43rd Service Squadron and First Airborne Division in Townsville, Australia. He joined the airborne repair unit and flew to units in the Philippines. Helped set up the aircraft repair base at Nichols Field.

Separated on Janaury 6,1946.
