Harry Rubenstein of Gilbert, Minnesota was inducted into the Army on Nov. 30, 1942.

He was a Technician 5th Grade and pharmacist at Iwo Jima, and in the Pacific Theater.

Mr. Rubenstein received the: Good Conduct Medal, Meritorious Service Unit Citation, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Service Medal with 1 bronze battle star, World War II Victory Medal, and four Overseas Service Bars.

He was discharged on Nov. 22, 1945.
