Heino B. Lappi of Biwabik, Minnesota was inducted into the Army on March 3, 1943 at Fort Snelling, Minn.

He was a Staff Sergeant  with the 3291st Ordnance Depot Company in the Pacific Theater.

Mr. Lappi received the: Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, American Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal and one overseas service bar.

He was honorably discharged on November 20, 1945 at Camp McCoy, Wis.
