Hjalmer A. Anderson

Mr. Anderson inducted into the Army June 22, 1942. Home at entry: Brimson, Minnesota.

He served as a Technical Sergeant with the medical department of the 1388th SCU at a service hospital in Staunton, Virginia.

He was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, American Theater Campaign Medal, and World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Anderson was honorably discharged February 2, 1946, at Woodrow Wilson General Hospital, Staunton, Virginia.
