Howard R. Pearson

Howard R. Pearson was inducted into the Naval Reserve on August 7, 1943.

He served as a Carpenter's Mate First Class (T) with the Seabees 133rd and Eighth Naval Construction Battalions in the Pacific Theater.

Mr. Pearson was awarded the following: Navy Unit Commendation (for units of Fifth Fleet, Fleet Marine Force, in support of the military operations in the seizure of Iwo Jima), Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal.

Mr. Pearson was honorably discharged on December 14, 1945, at Minneapolis, Minnesota.
