James J. Cherro

James J. Cherro of Aurora was inducted into the Army on July 6, 1942.

He was a technician 5th grade and a cook with Training Company 50, ASF Training Command in Alaska.

He received the:

Good Conduct Medal and Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Service Medal.

He was discharged on Nov. 1, 1945.
