James A. Stickney

James A. Stickney entered the Army on August 7, 1942, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Virginia, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician Fifth Grade and truck driver with Headquarters Company with 78th Infantry Division in Ardennes, Rhineland, and Central Europe.

He was awarded the following: Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with three bronze battle stars, World War II Victory Medal, and two overseas service bars.

Mr. Stickney was honorably discharged on January 21, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
