Jay P. Clapsaddle

Jay P. Clapsaddle was inducted into the Army on Oct. 6, 1942.

He was a private first class and a heavy machine gunner with Company G, 351st Infantry Regiment, serving at Rome-Arno, the Apennines, and Po Valley in Italy.

He received the:

Combat Infantryman Badge,
Good Conduct Medal,
European-African-Middle East Campaign Service Medal and
two overseas service bars.

He was discharged on Oct. 10, 1945.
