John F. Zager

John F. Zager entered the Army on April 2, 1943, at Fort Snelling, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician 5th Grade and truck driver with the Detachment of Engineers in Alaska.

He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and four overseas service bars.

Mr. Zager was honorably discharged on January 8, 1946, at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
