John R. Gornick, Sr.

John R. Gornick, Sr. was inducted into the Army January 9, 1946, Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Home at entry: Chisholm, Minnesota.

He served as a Technician 5th Grade and classification specialist with the Training Command in the continental United States.

Mr. Gornick was awardedthe  World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged January 27, 1947, Fort Lewis, Wash.
